Bäckerei Conzelmann

Conzelmann Bakery offers traditionally crafted baked goods and confectionery products, as well as original Swabian and vegetarian Maultaschen from its own gourmet manufactory. The range also includes a classic spelt croissant, which is now offered as a wholegrain croissant. To make it, the bakery mills the grain itself in its own mill.

The family-run traditional bakery was founded in 1937 and is now managed by the third generation. A team of 60 employees works on the products with dedication and passion. For quality and an aromatic taste, the doughs are given more time and allowed the time they need for optimal development. Many diligent hands shape them into baked goods with excellent freshness retention.
