You may only use the platform if you agree to these terms.

For many features (e.g., writing reviews), you need a user account.
Important:
- Only one personal account per user.
- You may not give anyone access to your account.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and access.
- Keep your account information up to date.
- Your username must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, or include confusing terms.
- You may choose to verify your identity (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Your Rules When Using the Platform

- Write real, honest reviews—no fake reviews.
- Do not upload harmful data (e.g., viruses).

- Do not disrupt or hack the platform.
- Do not use automated tools like bots or scrapers.
- Do not use Zoom.Reviews for advertising or to develop competing products.
- Treat all users and staff members respectfully.
4. Content: What Belongs to You and What Zoom.Reviews May Do
What belongs to you:
All content you publish yourself (e.g., reviews or images) still belongs to you.
What Zoom.Reviews may do:
When you publish content, you give Zoom.Reviews the right to use, display, edit, or share it worldwide, for free, and without limitation.
Zoom.Reviews may also take legal action against copyright violations related to your content.
5. Data and Privacy
Zoom.Reviews processes your personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
This includes:
- data you enter directly, and
- activity data, meaning information about how you use the platform.
This activity data belongs to Zoom.Reviews and may be used for lawful purposes.
Your reviews and activity data are not considered confidential.
6. Support, Changes, and Platform Functionality
You can find help in the Help Center and contact the support team if needed.
Zoom.Reviews may change, expand, or limit the platform at any time.
We do not guarantee that the platform is always error-free or available — it is provided "as is."
7. Suspension, Deletion, and Termination
Zoom.Reviews may:
- remove content that violates the rules,
- suspend or delete accounts if users violate the terms,
- delete company profiles created for free or that incur no monthly costs due to a 100% discount voucher without prior notice if they are not maintained or are incorrectly maintained.
You may:
- delete your account at any time,
- which will also delete your reviews.
8. Liability and Responsibility
Zoom.Reviews is only liable to the extent required by law.
This means:
- Zoom.Reviews is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- The maximum liability is €100.
- If others make claims because you misused the platform, you must compensate Zoom.Reviews.
9. Disputes, Legal Matters, and Changes to the Terms
In case of problems, contact support first.
Zoom.Reviews may change the terms at any time — you should review the current version regularly.
If part of the terms becomes invalid, the rest remains in effect.
