Laibspeise Bakery bakes exclusively without baking additives. At the bakery in Hanover, quality, traditional craftsmanship and fresh, artisan baked goods are the focus.

Owner Maik is a master baker and developed his craft further at Hennig’s baumkuchen bakery in Salzwedel, at a bread bakery in Lüchow and at the Federal College of the Baking Trade in Weinheim. He sees the business’s philosophy as a deeply held conviction put into practice. New ideas are tried out every day and established traditions are upheld. The baked goods are intended to bring joy. Customers are welcome in the shop or at one of the markets. Personal conversations and exchanges are just as central as treating customers to fresh baked goods.
