Bäckerei Wiedenroth

Wiedenroth Bakery in Hamburg Ottensen stands for traditionally crafted baked goods. Bread, rolls, pastries, cakes and gateaux are made in the bakery. The selection includes, among other things, sunflower seed bread, vegan cake, marble cake, Sacher torte, Lübeck hazelnut torte and Black Forest gateau.

Quality through craftsmanship

All products are made on-site. A master baker prepares the doughs by hand, which are then left to rest so that they can develop their flavour before being baked in the ovens. The vegan cake is offered in a different variety every Sunday. The Black Forest gateau consists of chocolate sponge cake flavoured with cherry brandy, cream, cherries and chocolate shavings. In the classic marble cake, dough darkened with cocoa creates the characteristic pattern. Offers are only available for a limited period.
