Die Pâtisserie

The pâtisserie combines the French baking tradition with exquisite specialties from the bakery and confectionery. The locations in Ottensen and Blankenese offer authentic French baked goods and pâtisserie specialties. Pierre Ouvrard, Artisan Pâtissier-Boulanger, learned his craft at the renowned school for fine pastries “Ferrandi Paris” and regularly develops new creations in the Atelier de Pâtisserie.

When producing its goods, Die Pâtisserie places particular importance on the origin of the raw materials. The eggs, milk, and butter come from animals kept in species-appropriate conditions in the area surrounding Hamburg. The range is seasonally enhanced with new creations and combines French specialties with meticulous craftsmanship.
