Customer Advisor (m/f/d) – Full-time

As a friendly and helpful support for our customer advisor team. We aim to impress our customers. That’s why we tirelessly strive to answer all questions and solve problems. This service sets us apart from other online shops and is our recipe for success as a small family business. Therefore, we are looking for a customer advisor to join us full-time as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities with us would be:

• You will be available to our customers via phone and email
• You will answer questions regarding the ordering process, order flow, and products
• You will help customers find the best material and printing method
• You will create quotes and be the point of contact for our customers' orders
• You will monitor customer orders until shipment

• You are positive, open, friendly, and empathetic
• You work solution-oriented and respond to our customers' needs
• You love challenges and tasks with a lot of personal responsibility

You can expect a young team of about 45 employees, a new production hall, and an office in the castle in Wörth, where you can advise our customers or unleash your creativity on modern machines.
