Master butcher Thomas Borgmann offers high quality, excellent taste and guaranteed freshness. For catering, individual customer requests are professionally implemented in the modern kitchen. The offerings include lovingly prepared cold-cut platters, cold starters and crispy roast suckling pig. The butcher’s shop is part of a traditional butcher family: Willi Borgmann brought the company to Babelsberg in 1963. Thomas Borgmann has been running the butcher’s shop for 30 years. The team also includes a sales team, a production manager and a journeyman butcher.
