Kesselhaus Karlsruhe combines outstanding cuisine with a unique ambience and, in addition to its restaurant, offers a wine lounge and an event location for celebrations or weddings. When pre-ordered, Kesselhaus serves a whole oven-fresh goose for four people with goose jus, caramel chestnuts, stuffed baked apple, apple-spiced red cabbage and buttered potato dumplings. Also available is a farm duck with duck jus, caramel chestnuts, port wine-spiced red cabbage and potato dumplings. Goose and duck can also be ordered through the shop to be reheated at home. The offerings also include events, vouchers, a to-go shop and a newsletter. Sustainability is a key focus.
