Kiess & Krause

Kiess & Krause in Celle stands for traditional artisan baking and confectionery craftsmanship. The confectionery produces cakes and gateaux in a variety of flavours: moist, fruity, nutty, creamy, crunchy or chocolatey. Bread and bread rolls are also part of the range.

For its products, Kiess & Krause does not use industrially produced ready-made mixes or so-called baking agents. All sourdoughs are made in-house in the bakery using a natural process. In the coffee house, customers can take their time choosing and receive individual, friendly advice. The staff answer questions about cakes, gateaux, bread and bread rolls.
