Landmetzgerei Rapp

Landmetzgerei Rapp offers meat and sausage specialties, party catering services and canned specialties from its own production. Its well-known products include a wide range of canned goods with various ready-made meals, homemade Maultaschen and ham specialties such as Lonsinger Albschinken. Products made from Alb Angus beef are also part of the range offered by the butcher’s shop, which has its own Angus breeding operation.

Landmetzgerei Rapp GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1980 in St. Johann Lonsingen as a small rural butcher’s shop by master butcher Herbert Rapp and Eva Rapp. The company’s own product developments, recipes and creations have resulted in distinctive specialties. Today, Alexander Rapp and Diana Broß, both of whom have successfully completed their master butcher training, are also involved in managing the family business. In addition to its main location in St. Johann-Lonsingen, there is a branch in Reutlingen.
