Metzgerei Rieck

Meat and sausage products from our own slaughtering are produced by Rieck Butchers in the production building in Unter Lau in Böhringen. The production process combines skilled craftsmanship with state-of-the-art machinery as well as the utmost care and attention to detail.

Rieck Butchers has been run since 1997 by master butcher Jochen Rieck and his wife Birgit, a trained meat sales specialist. Their daughter Daniela is a trained meat sales specialist, sales manager, master butcher and nutritionist. Their daughter Vanessa supports the team in the office and shop. As a tradition-conscious family business, the butchery, together with around 60 employees, puts the motto “Freshness from Böhringen” into practice.
