At MINOO in Constance, mezze to share are served with flavours from North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean. Contemporary cuisine brings fresh vegetables, legumes, herbs and selected spices to the table. Roasted flavours, warm sauces and oven-warm flatbread complement the dishes. A large selection of vegetarian and vegan mezze characterises the menu, complemented by selected slow-cooked lamb dishes.

The restaurant, café, bar and lounge are located in the heart of Constance, within the historic city wall. The mezze are brought to the centre of the table and shared together. During the day, coffee as well as sweet and savoury treats are available. Hot food is served continuously from early morning until late.
