Restaurant Gustavo stands for South American cuisine with heart and craftsmanship in Augsburg. The Argentine restaurant offers a tasting menu, selected wines, and cooking classes with Chef Gustavo Carena. Familiar ingredients are creatively reinterpreted without losing sight of their original flavor.

Gustavo Carena was born in 1976 in Rosario, Argentina, and discovered his love of cooking at an early age, inspired by his mother’s and grandmother’s recipes. After completing his training in Argentina, he moved to Tenerife in 2001 and to Germany in 2007. He continually refined his culinary skills, supplementing them in 2021 with further training at the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián. Today, he combines tradition and innovation to create an experience for all the senses.
