roots in Halle (Saale) combines regional, seasonal ingredients with modern European cuisine. The restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6 to 11 p.m., while the bistro is open Monday to Friday from 12 to 3 p.m. The small restaurant is located directly next to the Intecta creative quarter. roots gets to the point and combines the lightness of modern European cuisine with regional ingredients.
