THE BERNSTEIN

The Bernstein in Bielefeld offers a restaurant, parties and a breakfast buffet. Daily specials include pasta with tomato-coconut sauce, aloo keema, fine fish fillet and strips of pork loin. Reservations for the indoor area are possible between 9:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. and can be made directly online.

For special occasions, the menu features a 4-course New Year's Eve menu with a duet of king prawn and scallop, Mediterranean vegetables and saffron foam. This is followed by Hokkaido pumpkin foam soup with Styrian pumpkin seed oil and roasted pumpkin seeds, as well as pink-roasted slices of beef fillet with parsley root purée, beetroot, green asparagus and Barolo jus. The meal concludes with a chocolate lava cake with cinnamon plums and speculoos ice cream. The restaurant / party menu costs 109 euros; the seats remain reserved for the party.
