Zu Ihrer Anmerkung bezüglich des Palak Paneer möchten wir ausdrücklich richtigstellen: Wir servieren selbstverständlich weit mehr als nur vier kleine Stücke Paneer. Unsere Portionsgrößen sind sehr großzügig bemessen – so sehr, dass eine Portion für eine Person mehr als ausreichend ist. Beschwerden über zu geringe Quantität erhalten wir gewöhnlich nicht. Indien ist kulinarisch extrem vielfältig. Als Restaurant mit südindischen Wurzeln kochen wir nach unseren eigenen, traditionellen Rezepten. Geschmäcker und gewohnte Familienrezepte unterscheiden sich von Region zu Region stark, was jedoch nichts über die Qualität unserer Küche aussagt. Konstruktives Feedback nehmen wir vor Ort immer gerne direkt entgegen – an dem besagten Tag lagen uns jedoch weder von Ihnen noch von den Nachbartischen Beschwerden vor. You have posted a 1 star review on our page because we declined your demand to offer you a special racial discount after sharing 1 dosa & a small coke between two of you . We have replied in length on 09 Aug 2026 for that untrue review which you posted .You then deleted your old review together with our reply & just posted a 1 star review without contents.We have screen shots of your past review,our reply & your new review.We are passing this on to our legal team.Thanking you. However, we would also like to add some context for anyone reading this review. You visited us as two guests, and our staff offered you a table for two. You chose a table for four instead, ordered one dosa and a small Coke, and remained at the table for more than two hours.From the very beginning of your visit,the main concern expressed to our staff was the price of our menu.Our menu clearly displays the price of every dish,so there are no surprises after ordering.We were also asked whether we offer a special discount for Indians.We explained politely that we do not differentiate between guests based on nationality.We believe everyone deserves exactly the same treatment.As a gesture of hospitality,our staff nevertheless offered complimentary papadam and lassi shots,which you happily accepted.You also had the opportunity to raise any concerns about the dosa during your visit. Our staff checked with you,and no complaint regarding the quality, texture or preparation of the dosa was communicated at the time.We would have been happy to address a problem then,when something could actually be done about it.Our normal masala dosa is almost double the size of a standard masala dosa served in any indian restaurant.The dosa batter is made in slow ground stone grinder & made in typical Kerala style,where we hail from.It’s always served with vegetable rich Thiruvananthapuram style sambar & 3 chutneys. Regarding the price: €17.90 is clearly stated on our menu. Our dosa is prepared using high quality ingredients,including several products that have to be imported, with the traditional process of soaking,fermenting and cooking the batter fresh by our kitchen team. Running a restaurant in Germany also involves considerably different costs from preparing the same dish at home or comparing its price with India.We therefore kindly suggest comparing the experience and costs of dining in Europe with European restaurant prices rather than converting everything into Indian rupees.After all would you compromise your job , if any for an Indian salary for the same position back in India ?And finally, regarding the comment that the dosa was “extremely oily”:dosa is traditionally cooked on a heated tawa using oil or ghee to achieve its characteristic texture and prevent the batter from sticking.Idli, by contrast,is steamed and does not require oil in the same way.Calling a traditionally prepared dosa “improperly prepared” simply because it contains oil is perhaps a little like reviewing idli for not being crispy.We respect your opinion and understand that our dosa may simply not be to your taste. However,we also believe reviews should reflect the complete experience.The price was visible before ordering, no customer is required to purchase anything after entering our restaurant, no special nationality-based discount is offered to anyone, complimentary items were provided as a gesture of goodwill, and no complaint about the dosa was made during the meal.despite our staff checking on you.We are always open to genuine feedback and continuously work to improve.We wish you all the best and hope that you find a dosa that better suits your expectations.

Hindi ist nicht unsere Muttersprache, weshalb wir bitten, hier keine falschen Erwartungen zu hegen. ​Unser Serviceteam tut alles, um unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen. Was wir jedoch keineswegs akzeptieren, ist ein respektloser Umgang mit unseren Mitarbeitenden oder das Aufhalten des Personals mit Forderungen nach Gerichten, die nicht auf unserer Speisekarte stehen.
