sehr unfreundlich vorallem die ältere Ärztin mit kurzen Haaren überhaupt nicht Kinderfreundlich!!!
Mein Termin wurde 1 Tag vorher abgesagt.Unflexibel und unfreundlich bei neuer Terminfindung. Dann solle ich es eben lassen.Klare Aussage!!!!!!!!
Zum 1. Mal da, noch keine 5 Minuten Wartezeit und dann auch noch freundliche, vor allem kompetente Beratung. Bin begeistert

Patient ist ohne vorherige Anmeldung und Termin in die Praxis gekommen. Wurde bereits voruntersucht und verlässt die Praxis weil er nach exakt 1:14 noch nicht bei der Ärztin war die eine volle Terminsprechstunde hat.
Im Notfall und bei dringenden Angelegenheiten wird man sofort behandelt. Keine Wartezeit! Sehr nettes und herzliches Team! Einfach nur zu empfehlen !
Frau Dr. Grundhöfer - Raussendorf ist eine spitzen Ärztin ebenfalls das gesamte Team. Bin jahrzehntelang Patient und hatte noch nie Beanstandungen. Termine klappen und sollte es mal länger dauern gibt...
Eigentlich eine super Liebe Ärztin bzw alle in der Praxis sind toll. Als Notfall kommt man auch direkt ran und es wird sich ordentlich um einen gekümmert. Jedoch hätte ich am nächsten Tag einen Termin...
