Bäckerei Janssen Kekserei

Janssen Kekserei bakery in Oldenburg stands for individually, traditionally, and distinctively produced baked goods. Since 1954, high-quality bread rolls and other baked goods have been made here with minimal use of machinery. Special creations include Liebesknochen, Schwarzes Ferkel, Brödli, and Schwarzer Peter.

Through gentle processing, the baked goods retain their good and intense flavor. An exceptionally low number of ingredients and precise labeling also make the range interesting for allergy sufferers and people with intolerances. The bakery respects and practices traditional craftsmanship and adapts it to its needs. The focus is on manual processing by trained specialists. Production was moved to Edewecht/Klein Scharrel in 1972; in 1995, it moved into a new production hall. The next generation is also trained in-house.
