At Brasserie Ignaz, you can expect French cuisine, excellent beer and elegant wines in a special ambiance. From early morning until late at night, you can experience a cosmopolitan flair over a café au lait, at breakfast, during a business lunch or at dinner with friends. At the bar, you can watch the bustling life on Bahnhofplatz.
Special wines such as Barolo, Chardonnay and Gran Reserva are also served by the glass thanks to Coravin. Every Tuesday from 5:30 p.m., it’s “Ignaz goes Burger”: with homemade patties made from 100% beef, vegetarian options, a monthly special burger, as well as topped fries and other side dishes. Belgian waffles, a grill menu and a Sunday brunch are also part of the offering; the Sunday brunch is currently taking a summer break.

Dear Irina, we are sorry that you were not happy with your experience in our restaurant. It's true that the wait was almost an hour. We don't have to mention that this is not our goal and definitely not the regular waiting time, as one can see from other reviews. What's simply not true is that we didn't inform you guys that the wait will be longer than usual. Our colleague informed you that we had a large group order before and that therefore the tables after will have to wait a bit longer. We tried to make the wait easier with bringing some homemade dip and bread as well. Furthermore, our Wiener Schnitzel is the most ordered dish from our menu and what we are known most for. We are sorry that an original Wiener Schnitzel doesn't seem to be your taste but please don't write something like it was past the expiration date. Our schnitzels are prepared fresh daily since we sell a large amount if them each day. Also, it's a bit sad that there is no mention at all, that we managed to give you a regular table in the restaurant, although your reservation was made online and you were supposed to sit at the bar. Nettes Ambiente, Essen gut und bezahlbar
