Nicht vom Äußeren abschrecken lassen. Liegt zentral, wie der Name schon sagt, sauber, freundlicher Service, nettes Zimmer, günstig. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir bitten um Entschuldigung, dass die Heizung nicht 100% funktioniert hat. Wir haben Ihnen angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln, inkl. kostenlosem Zimmerupgrade. Sie haben dieses Angebot freundlich ausgeschlagen. Da Sie aber scheinbar auch generell mit dem Zimmer unzufrieden waren, lässt uns das in Anbetracht unseres Angebots ein wenig ratlos zurück. Das Treppenhaus wird täglich gereinigt, es ist nur sehr alt. Da unser Hotel familiengeführt und in Eigenregie umgebaut wird, haben wir zunächst das Wesentliche komplett erneuert - die Zimmer. Das Treppenhaus steht aber ebenso auf unserer Renovierungsliste. Unser Hotel ist ein günstiges und zweckmäßig organisiertes (Business-)Hotel. Wir sind dennoch 24 Stunden für unsere Gäste da und bieten im Problemfall Lösungen an. Schade, dass es in diesem Fall nicht geklappt hat. Beste Grüße, Ihr CHD-Team
