Dear Mr. Timmer, we are glad to get your feedback. We are so sorry for this extremly hot weather... Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day and helps you also with problems (maybe to open your window). We think (and we know also from other hotels) that, if you book a room for 2 people, you can use it with 2 people. If you book a room for 3 people, you can use it with 3 people. Sure, you can pay for the 3rd. person and our night-shift had offered you a single room. So your reaction was also exaggerated. Next time we think it’s better for you to book a Hostel, boardinghouse, or Airbnb-Appartment. Of course we would like to apologize for the impetuous appearance of our colleague. He has clear instructions and guidelines for security reasons. You checked in at 6:30 pm, that would have been the moment when you should have told us that you are three.
