Sehr geehrter Marko, wir sind 24 Stunden täglich erreichbar. Unser Büro ist werktags 12 Stunden geöffnet, unsere Teammitglieder im HomeOffice sind digital angeschlossen und wenn bei uns alle Leitungen besetzt sind oder das Büro nicht besetzt ist, meldet sich ein externer Dienstleister, der uns dann sofort per Email über Ihren Anruf und Ihr Begehren informiert. Schade, dass Sie uns trotzdem mehrfach nicht erreichen konnten. Dafür bitten wir freundlich um Nachsicht. Wir arbeiten permanent daran, unsere Dienstleistungen zu verbessern.
