Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter...foto sind ganz andere als Zimmer..keine Stühle..keine Tisch in Zimmer.. Katastrophe.. unzufrieden total....👎👎👎
Aki is an amazing bartender. Great place to stay at!

Hostel super flojo.
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We understand that traveling with a school group comes with very specific expectations, especially regarding space, meal variety, and daily service. As a design-led hostel in a central Berlin location, room sizes and common areas are structured differently from traditional hotels, and housekeeping during group stays is scheduled according to pre-arranged service agreements. Regarding meals, group menus are often standardized to ensure efficiency and timing for large numbers, though we always appreciate constructive feedback to improve variety. Storage fees are clearly communicated in advance and reflect our central location and secure facilities. We value all feedback and continuously work on refining the experience for future school groups at Generator Berlin Mitte. Generator Berlin Mitte
