Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our capsules are designed to provide a comfortable and private sleeping space, but they cannot be locked from the inside or outside for safety reasons. Each capsule has its own ventilation system, which can be switched on or off using the button inside. Regarding the showers and overall cleanliness, our housekeeping team works hard to maintain the facilities, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We always encourage our guests to speak with our reception team during their stay so we can look into any concerns and work together to find a solution. We’re glad you found our staff friendly and enjoyed our central location, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Generator Berlin Mitte
