Fresh meat and self-produced sausages are delivered daily by Kluge GmbH to cafeterias, restaurants, canteens and large-scale kitchens. Deliveries are made reliably from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Fresh meat and sausages can be ordered.
For its sausages, the butcher's shop uses recipes passed down from the company's founder as well as spices. In production, it works largely without flavour enhancers and avoids the use of E numbers. Kluge GmbH is an EU-approved establishment and is subject to constant monitoring by the Kiel food control authority. In addition, the butcher's shop offers a catering service six days a week. Confirmations and special celebrations are also catered for on Sundays for orders worth 400 euros or more.
