We do want to clarify for future guests that our Palak Paneer recipe does not contain mint chutney (pudina); it is prepared fresh with traditional spinach and spices. Similarly, our Paneer Butter Masala is prepared by our experienced North Indian chef, adhering strictly to authentic techniques. We firmly believe that we dont deserve to given a 1 * for this. It would have been much better if you raised your concern to our friendly service staff so that we could have made ammends then and there. We see you are considering trying our Dosa or Idli. We would love to have you back to try our acclaimed South Indian specialties, or perhaps another authentic North Indian curry that truly showcases our kitchen's capabilities. As you are aware , we in India have 26 official languages & may not be able to speak or even understand languages from other states .
