Pauline

Pauline in Potsdam combines the essence of French cuisine with the warmth of Potsdam. The restaurant invites guests to take a culinary break – for a quick business lunch or to enjoy exquisite delicacies. The menu includes yellowtail with buttermilk, leek and zucchini, Jerusalem artichoke with hazelnut, apple and poppy seed butter, as well as surf & turf with veal fillet, gratinated oyster, celeriac, herbs and jus.

The cuisine stands for simplicity, clarity and quality, combined with perfection and classicism. At Pauline, tradition and craftsmanship meet enjoyment. From 2026, the restaurant will also be available for catering. It is open from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays from 12:00 to 22:00.
