The menu includes, among other dishes, Saarland-style veal vitello and trout with romaine lettuce, as well as vegetarian Alsatian goat’s cream cheese with arugula and pomegranate vinaigrette. Other dishes include breast and leg of Nantes duck on creamed savoy cabbage, corn fritters on pearl barley and vegetable risotto with white beans and beurre blanc, as well as Geheirate with fried apples, chestnuts and Brussels sprouts. To finish, there is a trio of mandarin with almond mascarpone cream.
