Ratskeller Saarbrücken

Traditional German home cooking, hearty German tavern cuisine and Saarland specialties await guests at Ratskeller Saarbrücken. Beer, wine and cocktails are also available in a unique atmosphere in the heart of Saarbrücken.

The menu includes chestnut cream soup, cream cheese, smoked salmon on pumpernickel, as well as antipasti with Parmesan shavings, rocket, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and balsamic glaze. Also on offer are pork lard, cream cheese and herb quark with farmhouse bread, as well as an appetizer platter for two with four seasonal delicacies and baguette from the Bliesgau. Open from 5:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday; groups can be accommodated outside opening hours upon request. Every day from 10:00 p.m., all cocktails cost 6.20 euros and all jumbo cocktails cost 7.50 euros.
