Schwälmer Brotladen

The Schwälmer Brotladen bakes bread, rolls and fine baked goods every day, all by hand. The foundation is a small number of good ingredients, regional basic ingredients, and grain from farms in the region.

Since 1907, “daily bread” has been baked according to traditional recipes and with plenty of experience, patience and time. The grain is grown, milled and processed in the region. Schwälmer Brotladen bears the “Geprüfte QUALITÄT HESSEN” quality mark and the “Bio-Siegel HESSEN” organic seal. The offering also includes breakfast and catering in bread shops and cafés. The baking tradition is now being continued in the fifth generation. In addition to sales staff, bakers and confectioners work on the baked goods.
