Hi Our Pistachio Ricotta Croissant cost €5,90 (not €6,50). They are made from our handmade Croissants and are filled with buffalo ricotta and organic pistachio paste. They are among our most expensive products due to the ingredients and the labour associated with making them. We daily have 15--25 pastry and cake products that cost less than them. Best, the Albas

So good we visited a couple times—the drip coffee might have been the most delicious drip I’ve ever had. Limited seating but never had an issue finding a place to sit, and the line moves quickly.
