Wir haben uns vorerst gegen eine Bio-Zertifizierung entschieden, da einige Zutaten bei unseren Lieferanten in Bio nicht immer vorrätig sind. Kritisch sind vor allem die exotischeren Zutaten in unseren Broten wie Granatapfel-Sirup und "Gochujang". Wir greifen trotzdem auf Bio-Zutaten zurück, wo es gesundheitlich aus unserer Sicht zwingend notwendig ist (Mehle) und wo es gleichzeitig preislich für unsere Kunden zumutbar ist. Liebe Grüße Hoai 👋

Das Brot schmeckt ganz gut und ist mal was anderes. Allerdings war ich echt von der Haltbarkeit enttäuscht. Schon am nächsten Tag war es merklich trocken. Bei dem Preis von ca 10€/kg bleibt das leider...
Liebe Franziska, danke für dein Feedback. Es tut uns Leid, dass unser Brot nicht deinen Erwartungen entsprochen hat! Da es uns wichtig ist, nur natürliche und keine künstlichen Zutaten zu verwenden 🫒🧄🍞, sind unsere Möglichkeiten zur Aufrechterhaltung der Feuchtigkeit tatsächlich begrenzt. Gleichzeitig berichten uns Kunden eigentlich häufig, dass unsere Brote lange frisch und feucht bleiben. Nachdem das Brot abgekühlt und die Kruste irgendwann nicht mehr knusprig ist, empfehlen wir das Brot luftdicht aufzubewahren, damit das Brot nicht an Feuchtigkeit verliert. Wenn du das Brot länger aufbewahren möchtest, frierst du es am besten ein ❄️ Herzliche Grüße Hoai
