FREA Bakery à Berlin-Mitte associe le pain au levain, les croissants et autres pâtisseries à un bon café ainsi qu’à des plats pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner. Cette boulangerie artisanale située Gartenstraße 9 associe depuis 2022 le savoir-faire traditionnel à une cuisine moderne.
La carte propose des plats pour le petit-déjeuner et des mets salés, le déjeuner, du café et des pâtisseries. FREA Bakery propose également des fêtes de Noël, un service traiteur et des chèques-cadeaux. Ouvert tous les jours de 8 h à 17 h.

Bei diesen horrenden Preisen erwarte ich ausschließlich Bio-Produkte. Ist doch nicht so "nachhaltig" wie hier in jedem 2. Satz auf der Karte angepriesen wird.

Lovely good and coffee but the SLoWEST baristas I’ve seen, also service kinda grouchy.

Nice spot for a vegan breakfast or lunch. I liked their croissants, coffee and other baked goods. They also gave sandwiches - I had one and found it OK.
Edit: not fully vegan anymore ;( The loveliest vegan bakery! Both the pastries and the sandwiches they offer are great!

Leider schmeckt euer Gebäck nicht mehr - habe wie immer Hazelnut Croissant gekauft (riesiger Fan gewesen). Habt ihr was an euren Rezepten geändert? Der Teig war sehr hart, hat einfach alt geschmeckt....

The perfect place for breakfast or brunch :) The choice of pastries is wonderful and my heart melt for the cardamon croissant. It can be crowdy on week-end but it worth it for their delicious dishes.
