Dear Deeptha Babu, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your visit did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to kindly clarify a misunderstanding that may have caused disappointment. The dish you ordered was from our regular menu. The complimentary side salad you mentioned is included only with our lunch menu dishes, as clearly stated on the menu. This policy applies equally to everyone and is not in any way connected to a guest’s nationality or background. We regret if this was unclear and gave the impression that something was withheld from you, which was certainly not the case. Please allow us to emphasize that in our restaurant every guest is equally valued and treated with the same hospitality, regardless of race, nationality, or background. For us, the customer is always king – and we do our best every day to make sure our guests feel welcome, respected, and cared for. We sincerely regret if your experience left you with a different impression, and we truly hope you will give us another opportunity to show you the warm service and authentic cuisine that many of our guests appreciate. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we thank you once again for sharing it. Best Regards Your, Namaste-Team
