Wir antworten Ihnen dazu gern ganz direkt: Eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer gehört bei uns tatsächlich nicht zum Standard. Da müssen wir passen. Dass Sie im Bett nicht den gewohnten Schlafkomfort gefunden haben und die Lüftung im Bad zu lange nachlief, bedauern wir. Das schauen wir uns in dem betreffenden Zimmer direkt an. Bei Ihrem Zusatz "3-Sterne-Plus" sind wir allerdings etwas überrascht. Als nicht DEHOGA-klassifiziertes Haus werben wir gar nicht mit Hotelsternen. Verraten Sie uns, wo Sie diese Information gelesen haben? Das interessiert uns wirklich, damit wir da eventuelle Missverständnisse korrigieren können. In der Tat ist das öffentliche Parken rund um unser Hotel zu den Kernzeiten (Montag –Freitag 09:00 bis 20:00 Uhr und Samstag bis 09:00 bis 14:00 Uhr) kostenpflichtig. Unser Tipp für den nächsten Besuch: Rechnerisch ist man mit unserem hoteleigenen Parkplatz oft entspannter und sogar günstiger unterwegs, wenn man die Standzeit voll ausnutzt. Und das Beste: Man spart sich die Suche nach der passenden Lücke. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten dennoch eine gute Zeit bei uns im Conti und freuen uns, Sie bald wieder bei uns zu begrüßen. Unser regulärer Gästefahrstuhl wird aktuell modernisiert, deshalb nutzen wir vorübergehend den Lastenaufzug als Alternative. Der liegt etwas abseits, was die Wegführung ein wenig ungewöhnlich erscheinen lässt. Sie hatten ein Business Twin Zimmer gebucht – wie der Name schon sagt, sind dort zwei Einzelbetten nebeneinander gestellt. Dass diese sich im Laufe des Aufenthalts verschoben haben, tut uns leid. Wir nehmen das auf und prüfen es. Sprechen Sie uns jederzeit gern an, wenn etwas nicht passt – wir finden immer eine Lösung.
