Sofi Bakery cuoce pane con cereali provenienti da piccoli agricoltori biologici del Nord Europa. Il panificio di quartiere nel quartiere Mitte di Berlino lavora secondo il principio di una panificazione onesta e artigianale, con il minor numero possibile di interventi, e attribuisce particolare importanza alla provenienza, alle materie prime e al processo di produzione.
Al centro vi è il trasferimento delle idee del movimento Slow alla panificazione. Sofi considera la panificazione una tradizione artigianale e si occupa delle conseguenze della produzione alimentare industrializzata. La selezione dei cereali inizia dal suolo, la cui importanza per la qualità dei chicchi viene paragonata a quella del terreno per il vino. Sofi Bakery è nata dalla collaborazione tra Slowness e il cuoco e ristoratore danese Frederik Bille Brahe.

Fresh baked goods and filter coffee. Great way to start the day and in a lovely ‘hidden’ courtyard.

this place is a real gem! it reminded me so much of the bakeries in copenhagen i almost believed i'm in one for a second. awesome sourdough buns with cheese, tasty fresh pastries, good filter coffee....
Lovely bakery, surrounded by very nice looking buildings. 100% recommend the cardamom bun - delicious. It could have more coffee options though.

Great cafe but the granola is often burnt
Baked twice croissant is something special, it was so heavy, but it was worth of eating. They don’t have cappuccino, only filter of coffee and ginger tea.

Es ist eine schöne Location. Die Croissants sind schwarz und innen wie ein Klumpen - Nicht luftig, sondern hart. Dafür extrem teuer das ganze. Also keine Empfehlung!
Abzug wegen überteuertem Filterkaffee (anderen gibt es nicht) aber die Backwaren sind ein Traum und die Location eine kleine Oase in der Großstadt!
Tolle Bäckerei mit leckerem kleinen Frühstück. Wer Käsebrot mag, und das Brot bzw die Brötchen sind mega gut, ist hier absolut richtig!

So so lecker! Es gibt süßes und herzhaftes Gebäck - die Schinken-Käse Croissant sind ein Traum. Schade nur, dass die Pain au Chocolait immer so extrem trocken sind, das man das halbe Gebäck verliert.
