What a fantastic place. We stayed here for 5 nights whilst visiting Berlin. The facilities at this hotel are just fabulous. Cafe and restaurant on site both excellent. The rooms are big with everythin...
I've flown over 2 million miles and stayed abroad in over 30 countries and this is without a doubt THEE WORST hotel I've ever come across. They don't even have staff on-site to assist with check-in, p...
The rooms were large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was handy for a hotel room. There was a laundry downstairs that was free to use, which was a god-send half way through our tri...
We had a fantastic stay at Lux 11 Berlin Mitte and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location in Mitte is unbeatable—extremely walkable, surrounded by great restaurants and c...
Wonderful hotel. Only downside was that couldn't check in until 4pm which i think is very late. We ended up paying extra 25 euros to check in at 2pm. We got our room cleaned once (staying 4 nights), r...
My daughter, a young woman travelling alone, unintentionally overslept and checked out approximately two hours late. We have never disputed this, nor the hotel’s right to charge a reasonable late chec...
Dear Ms. Tiritoglu, As we have already explained in our direct correspondence, the sequence of events described in your review does not accurately reflect what occurred and at no point it was mentioned that the police would be called over a matter of 20€. We have explained in dept the logic of why this is not the case and will not discuss further details of this matter on a public platform. We do, however, stand by our team and confirm that the situation was handled professionally and appropriately. We therefore respectfully reject the second-hand account of events presented in this review.

Excellent hotel. The room layout is very smart. Separate toilet. Good hair dryer. Laundry room. Restaurant was perfect. Highly recommended.
There is only 2 reasons why I gave a 3 star review. If they addressed this 2 issues. I would 100% give this hotel a 5 star review. 1. Self Check-In via an Ipad, maybe if you live in Europe this isn'...

Check-in at 16:00 and absolutely no possibility to check in earlier, even with more than a month's notice. The most German 'ze rules say no' I have ever seen. Totally not pragmatic or guest friendly....
